TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
In certain circumstances, we understand that you may need to cancel your Azzurro Dream Travel LLC (ADT) tour. This policy outlines tour cancellation policies and procedures so please read carefully before signing the tour application.
All tour members are required to sign and return a Tour Conditions and Payment Agreement, Tour Cancellation Policy, Release and Waiver, Hotel Booking Form, and Tour Application prior to the beginning of a tour. Any pre-existing physical, mental, or emotional disability that may require attention or treatment must be reported prior to the beginning of a tour. Omitting important information, or altering ANY of the aforementioned documents, will render them invalid, and could result in expulsion from a tour at your own expense.
- For up to 60 days before the start of your tour, you are eligible for a full refund in the amount that you paid for the tour if you need to cancel your tour reservation for any reason.
- Once your deposit/ balance refund date has passed (60 days before the start date of your tour), we cannot refund your payment under any circumstance due to bookings we have already made on your behalf to our travel partners and for services in the destination country (-ies).
- If you must leave the tour after it has already started, you forfeit all payments for the tour as bookings have already been made (See Tour Conditions and Payment agreement, Section “Travel Cancellation/ Health Insurance.”
If you need to cancel your tour reservation (before or after the 60 day window) you must notify ADT immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via mail to the following address: 1890 Star Shoot Pkwy Ste.170 PMB 108, Lexington, KY 40509.
Any information provided will be maintained in the utmost privacy. We will process your refund on the date that your letter arrives in our office so please plan accordingly. Your refund will arrive within 14 days of processing.
A Note from Azzurro Dream Travel
Although travel is usually fun and safe, travel, by its nature, always involves some risks that you or ADT will not anticipate. Certain levels of comprehensive travel and health insurance provide complete coverage of trip cancellation including, but not limited to, sickness, death, airline tickets, loss of luggage, trip delay, medical evacuation, loss of job, and trip interruption. For this reason, Azzurro Dream Travel LLC strongly advises all clients to consider purchasing optional comprehensive travel and health insurance for their trip.
