In today’s travels, I visit with George and Linda, owners of La Chiusa and Cook in Tuscany. They both grew up in New Orleans, where unique cuisine unites people, just like it does in Italy. When they moved to Montefollonico, George and Linda built their inn and restaurant on their love of simplicity, slow travel, and generations-old recipes.
