As independent travelers, we offer a variety of services to suit your travel needs and to help you plan and organize your dream trip to Italy.

A Note about Our Services: Azzurro Dream Travel specializes in creating Custom, Tailor-Made private and group travel arrangements. Services may not be purchased à la carte, but can be included with the booking of a full trip itinerary.

Custom Itineraries

Whether you’ve been to Italy or not, our aim is to take the guesswork out of your trip planning. The way we do this is by creating a custom, cost-effective itinerary that completely suits your needs. A custom itinerary includes bookings and recommendations for hotels, suggestions for daily activities, options for local tours, and even possibilities for transportation and bookings with private, local guides. To book your custom itinerary, simply choose a sample trip that you like on our Itineraries page, complete the trip inquiry, then we will contact you to schedule a Welcome meeting and consultation. Any trip can be tailor-made to your preferences.

To keep all of your travel information in one place, we provide you with a custom, printable itinerary as well as an online version with flight updates. Download our app for access to the itinerary offline! Any personal bookings that you make (i.e. flights, hotels, tours with vouchers) can be sent to us at the following address: plans@azzurrodreamtravel.com. Small Group and Family Tours

Whether you are on the quest to discover your Italian roots or would like a way to celebrate a special life milestone, our small group and family tour packages are an excellent option for travelers who enjoy a combination of independence and in-country support. Our small group and family tours accommodate up to 20 people and include a full, custom itinerary, virtual or face-to-face organized pre-departure meetings (location dependent), and a daily Tour Director who will be with you from the time you land at the airport in Italy until you say Arrivederci to la bella Italia on the last day of your tour. Private Transfers within Italy

Looking for a convenient and comfortable way to get from Point A to Point B once you arrive in Italy? We organize private transfers between towns, to and from the airport, or even back to your hotel after a tiring excursion. We use only the most reputable companies at a cost that won’t break the bank. Private transfers require a booking of at least 3 days prior to your event.

Private Guides

Azzurro Dream Travel partners with private local experts for a city tours, museum tours, or day tours / excursions. We partner only with certified local guides and companies we have used and trust. We require booking at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

Local Day Tours and Excursions

City scooter tours, kayak tours, city bike tours, hiking tours, day excursions along the Amalfi Coast; the sky is the limit depending on what you, the independent traveler, would like to do! We can help you plan a variety of local day tours along with specialized guided tours and excursions with one of our certified guides. Contact us with your questions and travel info and we will do our best to help you organize your dream trip.

Museum Tickets

Contact us to organize your museum ticket booking within Italy. To ensure availability, please book at least 3 days in advance.

Papal Audience Tickets

Most Wednesday mornings, the Pope holds a General Audience at the Vatican at 9:30 am. The audience is held at either St. Peter’s Square or Paul VI Audience Hall. Tickets are required to attend the audience and are FREE, however please make arrangements to book at least 2 months in advance as the process does take time; especially during peak travel season. Booking fee to arrange Papal Audience tickets is $25, and with this comes an official email from the Vatican and the opportunity to pray with the Holy Father and receive his blessing.
